I am trying to use a custom CSS in the editor box.
I configurate CKeditor module to use the stylesheet.
But when I change the stylesheet there is no difference.
Rebuild cache does not work.
Reason:
CKEditor loads the stylesheet with "?m". When I go to the loaded URL directly, the commited Stylesheet does not appear (an old version appears). When I delete the "?m" in the URL it loads the correct Stylesheet.

Question:
Is this a CKEditor issue or a Drupal/Hoster(Acquia) Issue?

Why is there an "?m" ? :-(
Drives me nuts, yesterday I tried really much to load the Stylesheet.. no difference... and today I log in and realise, the style appeared, but -understandable- i can´t wait a day every time I change the stylesheet.

I found it. The file is served by Varnish Cache.
I have to delete the Varnish Cache.
