In node/edit forms we are able to hide the terms in a vocabulary using tac_lite.
Even if all the terms are hidden, the title of the vocabulary is still displayed. PFA.
Will it be possible to hide the vocabulary name from node/add page for vocabularies with no terms accessible under the vocabulary.

Usually a custom form_alter hook, or a better thought out taxonomy scheme can fix this sort of problem.
tac_lite is too lite to support this. The original TAC module might attempt to do this, I'm not sure.
