Problem/Motivation

As the base scope is valid for all specific scopes, it may be interesting for the view
on admin/modules/master/scopes/... to

• mark modules that are added to that set by the specific scope
• list modules that are not part of this scope, but another one

Proposed resolution

Add some kind of hightlighting, marker or additional list.
