Problem/Motivation

Drupal core uses the string "Block" in the meaning of 'a block in the sidebar'. Private Message uses "Block" in the meaning of 'block this user from contacting me'. A translator does not have this context.

Proposed resolution

Add a context to translatable strings containing 'Block' without additional context.
