Without using bootstrap theme. simplehierarchical select module works fine. 'Add new' and 'Add new level' options displayed well on options list (taxonomy tern reference's field widget).
Some codes in simple hierarchical select module be processed by Bootstrap theme.
How can I fix or bypass this process?

markhalliwellThis was an issue with that module, not this project. I do not remember the issues off the top of my head, but I remember a ton of work on their end to fix a lot of stuff. Please try a new release from them.
