Image display styles limitations in image browser and node display

Hi,
When using media along with Wysiwyg_Ckeditor, I am trying to find a way to do so:

1. After uploading the image through the pop-up window I have a Display as options to choose.
Here I want to give permissions to rules so users, for example, will be able to choose only one Display type.

2. After the image uploaded a user can double click the image and enter the settings dialog window, there he can change the image size and so on.
I want to limit this option or to cancel it.
I know there is the Insert module but I see it too complicated to end users.
