Hi.
I'm using the Shortcuts menu and have noticed some style issues with the Environment indicator application of style on the toolbar.
I didn't want to hijack either of the following (referenced) issues, but this is somewhat related:
* #2126919: Add CSS margin if shortcut module is in the way
* #2126923: Integrate with the shortcut module when toolbar is enabled
I fixed what I consider usability and style issues with the current implementation, including:
* I applied the environment_text_color to all links within the toolbar (including the "Edit shortcuts" link and the "environment-indicator-name" link)
* I added margin to the "environment-indicator-name-wrapper" so that the Shortcuts menu toggle does not collide with it (link in the 'Add CSS margin if shortcut module is in the way' referenced)
* I wiped out the Shortcuts toggle icons in favor of a CSS-only and style-compatible implementation of the toggle functionality
* I "flattened" the design by dumping the background gradient and text shadow on the environment indicator button / name
I'm not sure how much of this is welcome, but I think it is an improvement and I thought I'd share it.
Screenshot attached as well.
Erik.
