You can get an idea of the sites that are using Drupal and flash node by following this link. This will open a query in Google that lists sites that are (probably!) using Drupal and flash node to create their flash content.

The Google link above demonstrates how useful it is to use javascript embedding. When a search engine crawls a page that is using a javascript replacement technique then instead of finding code that it cannot index it finds some regular HTML content that it can index. The link above is searching Google for the default flash node substitution text. It's not a 100% guarantee that the site is using Drupal and flash node, but it's a fairly safe bet :-)
