Warning message with Flag module

I get the following warning message with the Flag module. This warning doesn't appear with other themes.
Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in tweme_item_list() (line 105 of /localhost/sites/all/themes/tweme/includes/modules/system.inc).
