Have the STABLE download links for manually configuring Barracuda and Octopus during install been depreciate in favor of the meta installer? Or have they been moved?

Currently not working:

Also from line 112 in docs/INSTALL.txt:

Found them in the proper location. I was running off old install notes:

Correct. This old method is discouraged so we have changed also internally used download URLs. Only advanced users can use it directly, if there is any reason to use it directly, and we assume that advanced users can figure it out :) We should probably remove this from the docs to avoid confusion, since the only tested and supported method is to use properly configured cnf files and install/upgrade wrappers.
