'Advanced Options' should not be collapsed. Instead it should be open or have the option of both

Problem/Motivation

As the generate option has it's own permission, it would be nice to keep the fieldset open by default.

Proposed resolution

Options are:
1. Let's keep the advanced fieldset open.
2. Create a variable to keep it open, if option #1 isn't possible.
