when you set a default date for field, a Gregorian date is set, while we need the Jalali date.

It's a feature I don't have enough time to implement. And since usually end users wont see the admin pages, it shouldn't really be a problem.

However if you managed to add this features and submitted a patch, I'll be glad to merge into code base.
