Taxonomy terms on autocomplete in cas of similar words

Hi,

A bug on the taxonomy module when using autocomplete field widget make my term not being created.
When we attempt to create a term using an autocmplete widget field on a vocabulary that contains a similar term with no accents, the term with no accent is selected and my new one is not created.
For exemple : I have a term 'ecran' on my vocabulary and I write 'écran' on my autocomplete field. My content will be associated to the 'ecran' term and autocomplete will return 'ecran' as proposal of existing term.

This bug comes to critical on multilingual sites.
For example in my vocabulary I have 'comprehension' as english term. I want to translate a content in french so in my autocomplete field I write 'compréhension'. The bug make my french content linked to the english term 'comprehension'.
