After I installed the Superfish module as recommended by the theme creators I now have double menus once the grid switches from 960 to 720 or smaller. I can't figure out how to get rid of the original dropdown menu "Select a page" that comes standard with the theme.

Do I need to remove some lines of code somewhere?

Any clues are appreciated!
