At the line 998 of the panels.module file, there is the following comment:
"* @see panels_page_export() or _panels_page_fetch_display() for sample implementations."

I can't find the functions 'panels_page_export' and ' _panels_page_fetch_display' in the panels code. I was able to find the function 'panels_page_export' using Google but only for Drupal 5.
