Missing dependencies, default config for product types

When installing crm_core_donation on an existing site using drush en crm_core_donation -y. I found that there are a few dependencies that aren't included properly.

Missing dependencies include:
commerce_product_ui
Also, none of the commerce modules were installed.

Missing config includes:
a default product type.
