Hi,
I've read the wiki about nesting regions in Omega3. I just wondered If I had to use functions to accomplish this with Omega4.
If it matters, I'm not using the layout extension. (should I?). Also, I'm using SingularityGS and the Singularity-Extras gems so I believe I can "nest the grids" but not sure if that takes care of the drupal regions.
Obviously, I'm a rookie at this. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael

Kendall Totten CreditAttribution: Kendall Totten commentedYou don't need a special function, you can just directly edit the page.tpl.php file in Omega and the theme.info file to add the necessary regions.
Then use a grid system like Singularity to easily achieve nested grids, check out this presentation for more info: http://snugug.github.io/responsive-grids/#/nested-grids
