I would like to configure MOOC to display courses (sub sites) I create (clone) to show as links on the main site with my role for each course listed, how would I do this?

The display of which courses are out there is currently handled by the CIS distribution. This provides the marketing front end as well as giving people links to what they need to work on. Other then that, sounds like custom coding.
