Heartbeat stream settings per user?

Hi!
Some of heartbeat stream, such as "useractivity" stream, has additional setting "Choose message types you want to deny from display" (see screenshot)

, so admin can customize useractivity stream for all users at once. Is there a way to give this ability to each user, to change it's own heartbeat stream on it's own page? E.g. one user want to show "User adds a node, save user activity" on his page, but another user won't - how can i manage this?
