OpenFolio Distribution no longer showing 1.3 release

The openfolio 7.x-1.3 release is no longer showing under the downloads section. https://drupal.org/project/openfolio

I just saw this after the D7 drupal.org upgrade but I also hadn't checked in a while.
I checked other distros and they seems to have releases.

The release is available directly: https://drupal.org/node/2078579

I also checked Administer Releases page and everything seemed to be ok.
