I was using 7.x-2.0-rc3+12-dev for a while but even when trying to recreate a feature from scratch, it doesn't correctly export and always marks it as overridden.

If there's something that needs implementing still, let me know what it is and I'll happily write it providing I get the time. Is it ctools export or features api hooks?
