I'm attempting to upgrade from og 1.4 to 2.3. After copying 2.3 into my modules directory and running update.php, I receive the following errors:

Notice: Undefined index: module in FieldInfo->prepareInstanceWidget() (line 575 of /media/drupal/modules/field/field.info.class.inc).

I'm thinking this is related to the Group Audience field on my Group content type. (I have four groups and the message appears 4 times in a row after update).

I've been unsuccessful in determining the issue. Thanks.
