I'm triing to export node that contain 3 kind of files : a txt file, an image and a flv file.
To export them, I have configurate the files to be exported as Inline.
Everything is ok except the flv.

Is it possible to add the ability to configurate the file export system by field instead of a general configuration ?

No I don't think that's reasonable. The inline option, while handy, is not particularly robust and it is probably not right for your case.
