I noticed that after updating to CKEditor 4.x (currently 4.2.2) the indent buttons will appear as toolbar items, but are non-functional.

I tried it with a clean install of Drupal to ensure that I hadn't messed with some setting, and lo and behold it was still non-functional. unindent will appear when on a list, and will work by removing the item from the list, but it won't work on paragraphs.

Has anyone found a solution to this?

It appears that indentblock is not included in the 'standard' download and is required for indent to work with paragraphs.

When you download CKEditor 4.2+ ensure you have indentblock added to your download (or select the full download)
