User double-clicks submit receives attack error but form data is saved

When a a user double-clicks on the submit button. It will give them an error that an attack has occurred and that the captcha is incorrect (but data is still submitted). So they'll redo the captcha and submit it. The form is submitted twice when this happens. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
