Clearing the cache would temporarily resolve the problem. This occured with workbench_moderation 1.3.

DDM486 CreditAttribution: DDM486 commentedI hate to bring up such an old topic but I'm having the same exact issue. The patch did not solve the issue for me. For me, this is happening on all nodes within content types that are not being moderated. I'm on the latest version of Workbench moderation, 7.x-3.0 and am using it with Open Atrium. I can provide more details about my setup if necessary.
