The Resume administration doesn't seem to be able to administer anything.
The resume state is set at incomplete, how do i set that to complete?
I had a look at the resume (on the downloaded data) and they seem to be complete and no flag anywhere to say whats not incomplete.

I might try a new install with dev and see if I get the same issue.

Use "...resume/#ID#/edit" url to change the Resume State
