"Create instant view based on this node"

Would it be possible for future development to enable the user to click a button on a node saying "Create a view based on this node", and a view is created based on various values in the node? So for a really simple example, if you had created a node of type "article" and it was "promoted to front page" and tagged "apples", the "instant" view generated would by default show all promoted articles tagged "apples". The user could then tweak the view as required before saving.

The idea just came to me as I'm building a new site with some sample nodes, and my next step will be to create views to show them in different places based on various criteria, so it would be a time-saver really.
