In a moment (after I get the nid for this issue), I'll attach a patch which adds Work Tracker to the make file and installs it by default. In drupal-org-release.make, I put a non-existant future version (1.0-alpha6) - I wanted to put something in there so it doesn't get forgotten, but I obviously don't know which version will be current when the next Open Atrium release is made.

dsnopekPatch is attached! Please let me know what you think.
I just tested install with the latest Git, and it went beautifully! Nothing was left Overridden after install and everything appeared to be working. :-)

The addition of "alpha6" to the release.make file doesn't really matter since what we do before release is copy the current -dev version and then update it to point to the current specific releases of each module. So this will get overwritten by whatever version of WorkTracker is released at the time of the OA2 release.
