Make Path Breadcrumbs path setting optional / <default> PB item

Original issue: #1823030-12: Add ability to build the breadcrumb path based on menu hierarchy

@kalabro, I don't think this is a views issue in particular because it doesn't matter if I created a page with views or with page manager. The problem seems to be the requirement of a path and I'm thinking there should be an allowance for a catchall path like * that could apply to all content - like if you just wanted to add the content title to the breadcrumb trail for any piece of content.
