The file at includes/themes/media-youtube-video.legacy-example.tpl.php seems to have been saved and commited using UTF-8 BOM. I am not sure of the repercussions of this, but I believe Unicode standards, PSR-1 and many others recommend against it.
I found this out when running phptags --warn against all contrib modules of a site.
