Event Site - post lists (RSS?? iFrame??) from my site onto external websites

Hello everyone. I've just completed my "when and where bands are playing" website and am now looking at the SEO aspect. I'm wanting to create inbound links by somehow posting list of events on external sites. The site in question is digles.com (if you're curious).

Say I have a club/bar that has a website, and they want to have the list of events from my site posted on theirs. I've seen this done using iFrames. Is that the way to go? RSS feeds? (NEVER used those so am clueless as to how they work). I want to be able to say to the bar "for this list, copy/paste the following code..." blah blah blah. How do I do that? Obviously I would like to include my website name with link.
