A) What version of Commons are you upgrading from?
B) What version are you upgrading to?
C) Where did you download that version of Commons? From your screenshot, it looks like you're missing the addressfield_tokens module which is included in the Commons download.
D) Can you confirm that you followed the upgrade steps at http://docs.acquia.com/commons/upgrade?
E) Please include any specific errors you're encountering.
