I have installed checklist and seo checklist. I can view the report that shows the checklist and sep checklist show up there. However when I click on the checklist /admin/config/search/seo-checklist it directs me back to the config of the search and meta data listings...I can't view the actual checklist.

I have the exact same problem, won't even show up at: Search and Metadata.

Have you cleared cache since installing the modules? #1276596: Menu item not appearing until cache cleared

Same here, seemed not to work but a clearing of the cache solved the issue.
