phpBB quote tags may appear like

[quote:8c77630893="username1"]

which the bbcode filter doesn't handle. We should convert this to a standard

[quote=username1]

form.

stripUid() was attempting to do this, but only handling the uid when followed by ] (at the end of the tag) - I've extended it to also deal with a following =.
