I and others are finding that the Print HTML function is not working properly in the latest version of Chrome (works ok in Firefox and Explorer latest versions). After you click on the print friendly link, the print friendly page appears to load very briefly then disappear, returning to the original page. If you right click on the page, and hit print, the printer friendly page (i.e. without the side blocks, etc.) is the page displayed for printing.

ellishettinga CreditAttribution: ellishettinga commentedWe bumped into the same issue: Print-HTML not working in Chrome
We the Service Links module too, the service links are on the same page as the print icons.
Disabling the Service Links module did not change the behaviour of Print module.
I therefore think this issue belongs to the Print module, you can find more info here: https://www.drupal.org/node/2324829
