Recently rules began to disappear when they are added to a feature. I never experienced this before, it might be introduced in recent versions.

I am not sure what you need to debug it, in my case it is enough to add a rule to a feature to make it disappear.

Any ideas how to solve this?

I have the same problem.

I have some Commerce tax rates (of type VAT) configured, and put those in a feature. The tax rates have rules components. When I configure a component further, it disappears from the list. If I revert the feature, it shows up again.

This is using Rules 2.5 and Features 2.0-rc1 (I haven't updated Features yet because this caused some other problems for me).
