I haven't provided any instructions on how to create sub-themes. Let me know what you are doing and what processes you followed.
Infact I haven't mentioned about sub-theme capabilities/support for this project.
Thanks,
Ujval

spiritinlife CreditAttribution: spiritinlife commentedWell i thought that every theme could be subthemed,I guess i was wrong.
The process i followed is :
first i install Bluez theme
then i copy the Bluez theme folder to sites/all/themes/mytheme
then i rename the bluez.info into mytheme.info and i change the name parameter to match my subtheme name
then i add into mytheme.info the parameter base theme = bluez( also tried base theme = Bluez )
After that i enable my subtheme from the administration page.
That is the process that works in other themes.
I want to create a subtheme because i want to add a region above the header.I succesfully done that but if a bluez theme update comes it will undo my page-front.tpl changes.
Thank you for the quick response.

Yes, All theme doesn't support to create sub-theme.
To add only region above the header, i would suggest you to add in the same theme only. Also create a small patch of the new code you are adding. That will helpful while you update/upgrade the theme.
Thanks,
Ujval
