No checkbox rendered in the dev version. [#2093373]

Hi.

I tried this module with drupal 7.x-23 and nothing is happening.
I get no remove checkboxes on my multivalued fields.
I tested with regular content type "node" and text, entity reference and term reference fields.

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong but I can't see what might be.

I'm sorry for taking so long for an answer.
New home, new job, new position and all my email messages got delayed.
Unfortunatelly I confirm: the last dev version available (2014-Jun-26) made no changes at my site.

I'm using the last dev version (7.x-1.0-rc1+4-dev) with drupal 7.33

Something happened on my site . . . using version 1.0-rc1+4-dev and Drupal 7.34.
I'm using a term reference field.
All of the terms were converted to, I think, term IDs. Boxes for weight/order are added adjacent to each term field. And, the terms are not longer auto-completing.
