#2051097: Change "pattern" to "path" in *.routing.yml files broke 8.x-3.x with a backwards-incompatible API change.

Proposed resolution

Change 'pattern' to 'path' in libraries_test.routing.yml.

Remaining tasks

Commit patch. I will commit this patch as soon as it passes as it un-breaks 8.x-3.x.

Here we go. I meant libraries_test.routing.yml, not libraries.routing.yml, of course. Updated issue summary accordingly.
