Release notes

Initial release for D7.

NOTES:
- iThenticate plugin has not been converted as it was not included in D6 release and i do not have a working iThenticate account to test with.
- actions code which sends submitter an email once the authentication process has completed is included but has not been completely converted to D7 (patches welcome).
- the Yahoo api plugin has been converted to D7 but their search api has changed and i am not sure of the details for the new one. i am sure if someone wants to use Yahoo and can look up their search api specifics; it would be a very simple change to submit a patch for.
