Hi,

When creating a subtheme using omega-wizard, on completion of the wizard it comes up with the following error 'The drush command 'make libraries.make' could not be found.'.

This results in the polyfills not working as omega then cannot find the libraries as they have not been made during the installation process. Is there a workaround for this or a manual way of doing it?

What version of Drush are you using ("drush status" should tell you this)? It looks like you have drush make missing, I suggest you upgrade Drush to the latest version (make is included in Drush from version 5.x).
