Hex value input text area is not working

So have a colorbox overlay on site and when selecting a colour from the popup, can easily select it using the click box area. However the text area to enter hex values is not active to change the value.

Moving the colorbox div inside the cboxWrapper in Chrome seems to fix the issue. Can't see how to do this via code.
