Hello All,

On a website that I work, every product have a different Shipping rate. I went to Store >> Configuration >> Shipping >>>> In the top "CALCULATION RULES". I added rules for multiple products. The problem I have are below:

1 The rules does not work if the I chose the Product Contains [Specific SKU].

2. I have disabled my other rules for other products. However, If I turn them On. If the product's total shipping cost is $7.00 ; it shows $14.00. And some time it does wired calculations too. For example, My products each shipping rates where 5,5 and 2. But the total product shipping cost was showing 21.00 dollars.

Any kind of help and thoughts are appreciated.

Thank in advance.

Sorry it's been so long, but there isn't enough information here for me to really go on. If you're dealing with Rules configuration issues, you almost always need to paste the exported rule into the issue so people know how you've configured it. It sounds to me like you just weren't getting the conditions right, leading it to apply multiple calculations to the same flat rate service.
