I have a fresh Drupal install with some generated content. I built a View with the Flexslider plugin, and enabled thumbnail navigation. Now the image thumbnail urls are:

http://drupal.dev/sites/default/files/styles/flexslider_thumbnail/public...

I'm not sure why it's not pointing to the correct image url.

Can you post your exported views settings here and your optionset?

Also, can you try the dev release to see if that fixes it?
