Currently, the plural is set automatically as "MailChimp Activity Entitys" (as shown in the tab label). Patch attached.

@antiorario, You should set the issue status to 'Needs Review' when you submit a patch. That way it will get more attention and other users can mark it RTBC.

This is a simple one line patch which fixes the problem and cannot cause any problems. For this reason I have marked it RTBC even though it has not had multiple confirmations that it is RTBC.
