Calendar for Membership

Hi

This module is great. I wonder if the same functionality can be applied to civicrm membership dates(?) I would like to create a Calendar View that pulls in Membership Start Dates and maybe some user info like ID and First / Last Name, then use these to populate a calendar.

I have tried using the Calendar display on a very simple table containing Membership ID and Start Date, but it fails:

in calendar_plugin_style->render() (line 228 of /home/class/public_html/sites/all/modules/calendar/includes/calendar_plugin_style.inc).

Anyone any thoughts?
