With OG 2.x being the new standard, it's important OG Create Permissions gets updated as well.

There are many API changes, and OG now actually does part of what OG Create Permissions used to do, so code could be even reduced compared to the current version.

Here's a patch that updates the code to comply with the new OG 2.x API. There's some minor cleanup in there as well.

Here's an updated version. It takes into account users with administer nodes permission.
