Now that "Needed a way for horizontal tabs to be linked with # tag" is fixed can we get the same functionality for vertical tabs?

It would be nice, but the problem is that vertical tabs is in core. So we can't change the output, unless we take over the Drupal.theme.prototype.verticalTab js function.
