While working on issue #2074123, I noticed that the "Disable login failure error message" feature does not hide error message if the user account is blocked.

This issue has been fixed in this commit.

  • This error message should be blocked from display per the config help text for "Disable login failure error message"
  • It was not working, but now is working
  • Added tests to test this functionality
  • Updated the "Disable login failure error message" help text to be a bit more clear and grammatically correct
